A luxury watch retailer with real stock, years of experience, and zero online presence. We rebuilt the whole operation.
Chrono Barcelona sells pre-owned and new luxury watches. The market works in two directions at once. To sell watches, you need inventory. To have inventory, you need people willing to sell theirs. That second side is the hard one: finding owners of luxury pieces who trust you enough to hand over something worth thousands.
The campaigns were designed with this in mind. Not just selling to buyers, but building the kind of brand presence that makes a seller think of Chrono Barcelona first when they're ready to part with a watch. That's what brand discovery actually means in this market: being top of mind before someone is even ready to transact.
Luxury watch buyers are expensive to acquire. The CPL is high, the consideration period is long, and the decision requires trust. But the economics work in reverse of most e-commerce: a customer who buys a luxury watch once is very likely to buy again. The profile is someone with money, a taste for quality, and a habit of returning to brands they've vetted. Getting them through the door once is the hard part. Keeping them costs almost nothing.
The 75% ROI reflects early-stage campaign performance, but the real return compounds over time. Several buyers from the initial campaigns have come back for a second purchase. That pattern is the actual case for investing here.
We started from scratch. The old site was slow, impossible to update without calling an agency, and generating zero online sales. The new build stripped everything back so nothing competed with the product: clean image presentation, fast load times, a checkout designed for high-ticket purchases where every step either builds or kills trust.
We also built it so the Chrono team could run it independently. New listings, price changes, promotions, all manageable without us. Once it was live, we trained the team until they knew the platform cold.
Three channels. Email to the existing client base, already warm. Meta Ads for collectors and watch enthusiasts with creative built for luxury positioning. Google Ads capturing people already searching for the specific models in stock. Campaigns ran in two directions simultaneously: acquisition for buyers, and brand awareness to surface Chrono as the trusted destination for sellers.
Paid ads stop the moment the budget stops. We built an organic search strategy in parallel, targeting queries people use when they're close to buying or selling a luxury watch. Chrono Barcelona now gets consistent traffic without paying for every visit. The maintenance retainer keeps everything running: updates, security patches, and any technical debt before it becomes a problem.
